Most parts of the paper were already presented here on the blog. I now included the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.randform.org\/blog\/?p=1657\">economy part<\/a> to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.randform.org\/blog\/?p=1686\">earlier<br \/>\nversion<\/a> and made some additions.
